BOUES LIMITED, is an indigenous company registered in Nigeria since 1994. BOUES LTD is an NCAA (Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority) registered and approved company to render the following services among others:aviation materials and spare parts supply, distribution and aviation consultancy services especially in the areas of aviation logistics and training aviation manufacturers’ representatives. Boues has commited its efforts with the cooperation of our partners across the globe and our ERP system to provide industry specific requests and services across diverse areas to an ever changing, challenging and demanding aviation market.

Our major concern is the sourcing and supply of aviation spareparts and equipments primarily from leading manufacturers and delivering to airlines, private or institutional aircraft owners and aircraft maintenance companies.
We have international partners on every aspect of aviation needs and every type of aircraft in parts supply, management , maintenance, equipments and tools etc.
We have worldwide partners to cover our network in logistics including 24/7 AOG logistic service line. All parts bought and sold are certified in accordance with aviation requirements (NCARs, FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1. etc.) and can be completely traced back to the origin.

OUR BUSINESS PLAN

BOUES Limited will in the short and long term continue to consolidate its competitive advantage by promoting and rewarding quality and excellent services throughout the organisation. The company will also continue to invest substantial resources in supply of materials and aviation consulting in areas such as internal systems organisation, quality control, materials management, technology, environment (including community relations) and consultancy. These we believe will enforce efficiency in quality delivery of our services so as to completely satisfy our clients’ expectations and to sustain our long-term success as a business concern. At first we shall start with provision of spares and organisation of repairs and warranty. The second step after consolidation of the first part shall be providing of repairs and warranty services by training staff and getting the necessary equipments and licences from NCAA, FAA, EASA as may be required and also and most importantly, license and necessary trainings from manufacturers. The third step shall be direct provision of complete maintenance of Aircrafts by doing same as in the second step.

Our Scope and means of Operations

BOUES LTD services include but are not limited to the following:
(1) Sourcing and sales of all aircraft spare parts to operating airlines and aircraft owners worldwide.
(2) Repairs and maintenance of rotable parts in collaboration with our worldwide partners.
(3) Aviation consultancy for airline operators, private and institutional aircraft owners.
(4) Sourcing of Aircrafts for individuals, institutions and Airline operators. This includes crew, maintenance, inspections prior and after purchase of aircrafts.
(5) Human resources training and Aircraft familiarization training.
(6) Sourcing of consumable and rotable materials, planning and complete inventory services for customers.
(7) Aviation Equipments and Tools supply and Loan.
(8. Complete maintenance and checks of Aircrafts in collaboration with our global partners
